Building a proper control room – outline and prerequisites? (yawn….)

One think I learned out of life. From Paris to Chicago, outstanding knuckle heads are EVERYWHERE!

I was fascinated when I ran into Asian and French techno-geeks in France who were just like the anal retentive knob twisters that made me want to vomit in the States

This article is a perfect example.

How about filling the room with the good vibes you need to make good music and the body with the good vibes you need to have good health?

The author means well. He really does… But so does your doctor as he cuts, drugs, and then kills you from complications do to treatment.

This article features a dandy piece of software that is supposed to measure the sound quality of a room, kind of like an acoustic CAT scan.

What the author and every audio geek I’ve ever known fails to take into account is no matter whether it’s a theater or a closet, the acoustic qualities WILL infinitely change in direct proportion to the pounds or tons of human flesh that occupy that space and where they are located.

It’s the same thinking that a MD directed physician has. The doctor may be able to relieve a symptom but the patient’s body WILL infinitely change in direct proportion to the trauma induced by drugs or surgery delivered by the treatment.

Ugh… Feedback bad! Must kill feedback!!!

Ugh… Virus bad! Must kill virus!!!

It’s a Universal caveman mentality that we as a humans I think are finally growing out of. 😀

Didn’t Einstein say ‘Everything is vibration!’.

How about filling the room with the good vibes you need to make good music and the body with the good vibes you need to have good health?

The doctors and techno-geeks will argue vehemently the other way.

Of course. Otherwise they are out of a job. 😀
